The world seems a mess

We all hector but we achieve less

Amid disrupted democracy

Let’s remember our history

We fought so hard for our liberty

Values still our priority / Values still our priority

We believe some rights are undeniable, Let’s act accordingly

We need to live in this world together, Let’s do it peacefully

No one needs to submit to the tyranny of some

As long as we uphold The Great Quest for Freedom

Hard look at our world today

We gotta ask if we lost our way

Trolls, Lies, Hate, racial prejudice

Lack of social and economic justice

We badly need more give and take

But key principles we can’t forsake/ Key principles we can’t forsake

We believe some rights are undeniable, Let’s act accordingly

We need to live in this world together, Let’s do it peacefully

No one needs to submit to the tyranny of some

As long as we uphold The Great Quest for Freedom

Humanity saw it too bloody often

Revolution devouring its own children

If we succumb to any extremism

The only outcome will be cataclysm

Lest our best efforts be to no avail

More than ever, reason must prevail/ More than ever, reason must prevail
